The restaurant offers innovative cuisine and casual dishes. I appreciated the inclusion of a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe in the room. the hotel's location is excellent, being relatively close to Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. the staff were accommodating and pleasant to interact with. the modern design of the hotel added to the overall experience.

From the moment we walked in the hotel was very special. The very professional and friendly staff to greet us and the modern chic decor welcomed us in. The rooms are luxurious. The restaurants are gourmet.

Great location and the staff were excellent and friendly.
It's a new hotel and they are still having teething problems, we had one day with no hot water, one day the lift didn't work, sometimes things not replaced in room - IE shampoos, complimentary water.

The location was absolutely perfect and incredibly comfortable for walking around Piazza del Duomo. A shopping centre and a market were right next door. the rooms they have were beautifully maintained and new-fashioned with excellent furnishings, like a balcony.

The place was fabulous and quiet and restaurant was pleasant. I had spotless, new-fashioned room complete with the modern curtains, plenty space plus a King size bed. I was offered a tasty breakfast with nice atmosphere. Had an excellent time.
